A week before BHS went on spring break specifically on Tuesday, March 23rd the Donut Drive Thru took place in our parking lot.  This was one of the various senior love events that has taken place to celebrate this year’s graduating class. At this event parents volunteered their time to give out donuts along with customized Class of 2021 merchandise, including cups, water bottles, and hershey kisses.

These events are a way for the seniors to feel appreciated since due to Covid senior events and interactions have been modified and limited. A parent of a student in the graduating class and who also happens to be very involved in the planning of these events, Mrs. Synder commented that after her along with the other volunteers finished planning the event that “it was so fun to see all the students and that they were very thankful for the event”. Although this year is anything but normal the senior love is still as strong as ever.
