Ping Pong Tournament Fundraises for the Intergenerational Prom

The Key Club hosted its Second Annual Ping Pong Tournament on Friday, February 20th. It cost $7 to play and $2 to watch the action. Sophomore Timmy Lallis came in first place and Senior Conor McShane came in close second. The proceeds for this ping pong tournament and two other bagel sales have been for the Intergenerational Prom on May 1st. Key Club has also done a clothing drive for Bridge’s Association and collected money for UNICEF for tetanus shots. They also had a pie sale for Heartworks which raised money for families of 9/11 victims. Key Club advisor Ms. Hegedus said, “We did not make as much as we wanted to and hope that next year’s turnout is much bigger.
