Boys Cross Country

Senior Stuart Gruters looks to lead the boys cross country team to victory this year. Gruters missed three weeks to training over the summer due to an injury in his knee. Returning from this setback, Gruters is said to be coming back stronger and regaining his skill. He is back in full force, practicing his timing and endurance this season while hoping to beat his previous record times. Coach David Szostak shares that Gruters is one of the team’s top runners. He is “very talented and is looking very strong. I expect him to have great season” says Szostak”.
