The BHS Crimson is the online paper for Bernards High School.  The Crimson was created in 1918 and added the online component during the 2014/2015 school year under the guidance of Editor-In-Chief, Jake Rosen. Over the next few years, the Crimson Podcast and YouTube channel were added as well. The Crimson is run as an elective class as well as an after school club. The class consists of an Introduction to Journalism semester course as well as full-year Journalism 1, Journalism 2 and Honors Publications courses. Noteworthy… all four of those levels meet during the same class block with the teacher/adviser Mrs. Heather Hunkele. For the 2022-2023 school year, each semester gathered over 30 students combined to create the staff of the Crimson.
